Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the order including packaging!

Please note, for all customers outside of Germany, we offer a new shipping method for more reasonable rates other than expensive DHL. All parcels are tracked and insured, this new shipping method requires us to collect parcels till a certain number and ship them to a distribution hub, therefore we intend to ship at least once a month or earlier whenever the required threshold is met. If you want us to ship the order right away please let us know and we will get back to you with a new (probably more expensive) shipping rate. Overpaid shipping fees will be refunded. Customers from Denmark, Finland and Sweden please note that your orders will be shipped to a pick-up-point close to your home address, once the parcel arrived you will be notified via email or text message that the item is ready for pick up.
All domestic orders to Germany are shipped via Hermes or GLS, it is a trackable and insured shipping method.
